Schedule Options:
- 4x10 shifts (Tuesday - Friday)
- 5x8 shifts (Monday - Friday)
- Call required
Travel Requirement: Must live 150 miles or more from the facility
Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a travel contract position with flexible scheduling options as noted above. Call duties are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Orientation includes mandatory modules (~3-4 hours)
- Parking available for orientation and employment at no cost
- Candidate must complete and sign various facility-specific acknowledgments and forms prior to start
- Pass/fail testing for Telemetry nurses includes EKG and medication knowledge, with up to two attempts allowed
- Candidates must be prepared for call responsibilities as part of the schedule
