Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma

• Shift: Days, 5x8 (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM; short Fridays - half days)

Job Description

• Work in a small hospital-based outpatient physical therapy department.
• Patient population is approximately 70% adult orthopedic and 30% miscellaneous diagnoses.
• Focus on individualized patient care.
• Typical caseload involves outpatient therapy with mainly orthopedic patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Experience in an outpatient setting

• EMR system used: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs
• Float and call requirements as per facility policy
