Job Description

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

• Night shift block orientation (NBO): 16 hours
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: EPIC
• Work hours: 36-40 hours/week, with overtime billable after 40 hours
• Overtime/Holiday pay multiplier: 1.15x
• Call back pay multiplier: 1.5x with a 2-hour minimum
• On-call pay and charge/precept pay available

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
• Med Surg / Telemetry nursing experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Information

• Orientation sessions are scheduled regularly throughout the year
• Facility includes level 1 trauma center services
• Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required
