Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Location: Port Angeles, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, primarily 8-hour shifts; 12-hour shifts as needed (1900-0730)
Average Hours: Approximately 35-40 hours per week
Patient Ratio:

4 Labor & Delivery patients
5 Postpartum patients

Job Description

Seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The role involves neonatal monitoring and care in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units. Float assignments are limited to sitter/helper roles only, with no direct Med-Surg, ICU, or ED assignments.

Required Qualifications

Current RN license for Labor & Delivery specialty
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
BLS (AHA) certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
STABLE certification preferred

Additional Information

Experience with neonatal monitoring and postpartum care is essential
Night shift availability required
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
