Description

Dietitian (Temporary) – Sioux City, IA

Job Details

  • Location: Sioux City, Iowa
  • Employment Type: Temporary
  • Shift: Days
  • Hours: 8 hours per day, 36-40 hours per week (overtime billable after 40 hours)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Work Setting: Outpatient
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
  • Orientation Dates: Multiple options available (e.g., April 27–28, May 11–12, May 26–27)

Job Description

  • Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing and managing patient care.
  • May be required to float within the dietitian discipline across local campuses.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dietitian.
  • Registered Dietitian Certification.
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must not have been employed by this organization within the last 12 months.
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

  • Work history/resume.
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
  • License verification.
  • Copy of required certifications.
  • One supervisory reference at time of submission.
  • Proof of taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility (acceptable documents include driver’s license, utility bill, lease/rental agreement, mortgage statement, insurance statement, voter registration, bank statement, auto insurance, or tax return).

Additional Information

  • Overtime and holiday pay multipliers apply.
  • Call back pay with minimum 2-hour guarantee.
  • On-call pay available.
  • Charge/precept pay available.

This position is ideal for dietitians seeking a temporary outpatient role with a reputable EMR system and flexible orientation options. Prior travel experience is not required.
