Cath Lab Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Job - Richmond, KY

Job Details

Position: Cath Lab Registered Nurse
Location: Richmond, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4 shifts per week, 9 hours each (6:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Job Description

Perform duties in the Cath Lab including:
- Administration and monitoring of procedural sedation
- Circulating during procedures
- Diagnostic right and left heart catheterizations
- Interventional catheterizations
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Pulmonary artery line (Swan Ganz) monitoring
- Scrub role preferred but not required
- Computerized documentation
EPIC electronic health record experience is required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
