Job Details

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Recent Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year

Additional Information

• Background checks must be updated if there is a break in service of 2 or more months
• Fingerprinting results must be received prior to contract extension; facility approval required if results are pending
• Physical exam does not need annual update if currently on assignment without break
• Latex allergy notification required if applicable to ensure availability of latex-free gloves
• Travelers with a break greater than 6 months between assignments at this facility must complete onboarding modules again
• Traveler’s legal name must be used consistently in all documentation systems
• Modules and onboarding process typically take multiple days and must be prioritized to avoid delays
