Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)

Location: Titusville, Florida
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Start Date: May 4
• Shift: Night (4 shifts of 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 48
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Float Requirement: Yes, within scope
• Block Schedule: Considered on a case-by-case basis
• Return to Office (RTO) Parameters:

  • RTO allowed no more than 10 days
  • Requires an additional 2 weeks added to assignment
  • No RTO during first or last week of assignment
• Local Traveler Restriction: Must live more than 30 miles from facility

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Minimum 2.5 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
• Minimum 1 year of neuro/stroke experience, including neurology and stroke care
• Experience working with Level 1 trauma and Level 1 resuscitation patients
• Completion of at least 2 previous travel nursing assignments
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
