Work Schedule

• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Option 1: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Option 2: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (availability)

Caseload

• Average 12 patient visits per day
• 5 beds

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
• Recent Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• Experience specifically in Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography

Required Documentation & Compliance

• I9 or Attestation
• Driver’s License/State ID (clear copies front/back)
• E-Verify or Attestation
• Proof of Name Change if applicable
• 7-year Background Check within 60 days of start, including:

  • SSN Trace
  • Colorado Statewide CBI
  • Education Verification (3rd party or transcript/diploma)
  • Sex Offender Search
  • OFAC Sanctions List Search
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 60 days of start
• Education Verification (accredited nursing schools if applicable)
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, DO, NP, or PA (not Chiropractor)
• Fit Mask test within 12 months of start and annually (specific 3M masks required)
• Immunizations and Titers:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years or signed declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, with annual updates if positive
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella: Positive MMR IGG titer or 2 vaccines; boosters if titers negative/equivocal
  • Hepatitis B: Positive titer, vaccine series, or declination
  • Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines; boosters if titer negative/equivocal
  • COVID-19 vaccine proof or signed declination (acceptable vaccines: AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna)
• Drug Testing within 30 days of start and annually (specific drug panel required)
• Color Blind Exam (Ishihara exam required prior to start; online testing not accepted)
• Annual Competency Exams and Training including:

  • Medication/Pharmacology Competency
  • Core Parts I, II, III
  • OSHA Mandatory Training
• UCHealth Colorado CAPS Release Authorization annually (5 years of address history required)
• References: 2 references from last 2 years, including one from last year, from Charge RN, Manager, or Supervisor
• Employment History Verification for last 3 years with explanations for gaps over 30 days

Additional Notes

• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Candidates must confirm renewal plans for certifications expiring within 90 days of start
• Facility-specific new employee orientation modules must be completed within first two weeks of assignment
• Prior travel experience is not required for this position
