Description

Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy) - Contract

Location: Albany, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculo/skeletal injuries or limitations causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence.
Provide services in sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.
Work within a rehabilitation team across multiple points of care.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Additional Information

Candidates should be prepared to provide availability for interviews.
