Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Work Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Approximately 36 hours per week
- Inpatient hold unit with patient acuity and nurse-to-patient ratios
- Preference for ability to take Emergency Department (ED) patients as well
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Connecticut
- Telemetry experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by American Heart Association or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Emergency Pediatric Life Support (EPLS)
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
