Description
Occupational Therapist - Contract Position
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Hours per Week: 30 (minimum 20 guaranteed, with potential for more during staff leave)
Job Description
- Conduct functional evaluations of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) patients.
- Plan and implement purposeful activity programs to maximize patients' physical and mental functioning in daily life tasks.
- May provide services at multiple facility locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Hawaii.
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year.
- ASHA, CHT, or ACP training preferred.
Additional Information
- Candidates are guaranteed at least 20 hours per week.
- Opportunity for additional hours when regular staff are on vacation or on leave.
