Job Opportunity: OR Cardiac Surgery Tech

Location

Corvallis, Oregon

Employment Type

Contract
Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide cardiac care in the Operating Room of Surgery for patients ranging from pediatrics to elderly.
Support surgical and procedural sedation patients.
Collaborate with multiple provider specialties.
Care for patients being admitted or discharged the same day.

Schedule

40 hours per week
Shift varies based on patient needs
Occasional weekends and on-call expected

Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
Current certification to practice surgical technology in Oregon
Completion of a surgical technologist training program from a branch of the United States Armed Forces or the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps
NBSTSA certification
BLS certification
Experience as a CVOR Technologist
Experience in an outpatient setting
