Physical Therapist Outpatient - Travel/Contract

Location: Onaga, Kansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Work setting: Primarily outpatient with some inpatient duties
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 hours)
Total hours per week: 40

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Kansas
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Additional Notes

Government-issued photo ID must be carried during hours of service
Facility-specific vaccine declinations require appropriate documentation
Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the organization over 1 or 2 years
