Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Med Surg/Telemetry

Shift Details

Day shift
3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Approximately 36 hours per week

Job Description

Float to other Med Surg units as needed
Weekend shifts every other weekend
Patient ratio approximately 1:5-6
Orientation provided every Monday
Charting system: Meditech (experience preferred but not required)
Telemetry experience required due to potential for remote telemetry monitoring

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg and Telemetry experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
