Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Rehab (Days)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Work schedule: 12-hour day shifts.
Weekly hours: 36 to 48 hours available.
Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Iowa.
At least 1 year of previous Rehab nursing experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Mandatory Reporter certification.
Valid Driver’s License.
Must have completed at least 1 prior travel contract (preferred).
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
License verification and copy of required certifications.
One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Orientation

Orientation sessions are scheduled regularly, typically two-day sessions offered multiple times monthly.

Additional Information

Overtime and holiday pay multipliers apply (not detailed here).
Call back and on-call pay available (details excluded per instructions).
Charge nurse and preceptor pay available (details excluded per instructions).

This position is suitable for RNs with rehab experience seeking a temporary assignment with day shifts and a structured orientation schedule.
