Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health (Days)

Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical occupational therapy care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May float within the occupational therapy discipline across local campuses.
• Work schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, 36-40 hours per week (OT billable after 40 hours).
• Orientation occurs every Monday.
• Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Iowa.
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of at least 1 prior travel contract.

Additional Information

• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Call back and holiday pay multipliers apply (details not included here).
• Company car issued for travel.

Shift Details

• Dayshift, 8 hours per day.
