Job Opportunity: Stepdown Registered Nurse

Unit and Patient Population

Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Adult to Geriatric patients

Shift Details

Night shift
3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Block scheduling
Float required as needed every other week (EOW)

Patient Ratio

1 nurse to 4 patients

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (Primary Source Verification required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU), with PCU experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
ACLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
NIHSS certification
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
