- Day shift, 5 days a week (5x8 hours)
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Weekends required every other weekend

- Total staffed beds: 571 (across two campuses)
- Charting system: EPIC
Job Description
- Must have acute care experience
- Experience in discharge planning and care coordination required
- Strong preference for candidates with diverse case management experience including Medical-Surgical, Long Length of Stay (LLOS), and Emergency Department (ED)
- Floating required: will work in all hospital areas including multiple nearby campuses
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Acute Care Case Management experience, minimum 1 year, within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience in discharge planning and care coordination
- Acute care experience
