MRI Technologist
Location: Twin Falls, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (7pm - 7am)
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off
Hours per Day: 12
Hours per Week: 40
On Call: Possible, to be discussed prior to scheduling
Job Description
Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to start immediately. The position involves working with GE450w MRI scanners (GE experience required). Only 3-5 days of training available, so proficiency in scanning is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Certifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an MRI Technologist
- Technical Skills:
- Required: Experience with GE450w MRI scanner and general GE MRI experience
- Epic system experience highly recommended
- Skills in coil handling, inspections, inventory, MRI, and radiology procedures
- Language: Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
Additional Information
- Must be able to operate MRI equipment independently due to limited training availability.
- Position may require on-call availability.
