Description
Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Greenwich, Connecticut
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Shift: Day shift, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (07:00 - 15:30) with on-call requirement (30-minute callback) for off hours, holidays, and weekend rotation. Preference for 4x9.5 hour shifts but 4x10s acceptable.
- Unit: Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Implant and Ablation, Cardiology procedures and testing
- Facility size: 186 staffed beds
- Magnet and Teaching Hospital status
- Epic electronic health record experience required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Connecticut
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
- ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
