Description

Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Location: Florence, South Carolina
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description

Perform all radiographic examinations and properly position patients.
Operate and be familiar with all radiographic equipment at any time.
Provide high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation.
Maintain patient care, supplies, and equipment.
Use sterile technique proficiently.
Exhibit professionalism and excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers.
Comply with all policies to deliver the highest quality of service.
Participate in continuing education and in-services to develop professionalism.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina (SCRQSA).
Current ARRT certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
