Job Opportunity: House Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Location: Belleville, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Serve as Nursing Supervisor overseeing all operations across all hospital units during off hours.
Responsible for driving patient throughput to sustain patient care and flow in the Emergency Department (ED).
Maintain communication and collaboration with Administrative Operations Center (AOC) for hospital events.
Understand bed management basics and patient care quality indicators to drive and sustain quality care.
Floating required across units as part of supervisory duties.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs or business casual.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
Minimum 1.5 years of House Supervisor experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
