Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Travel/Contract)

Job Overview

• Outpatient physical therapy position primarily focused on orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Must complete Virginia State Police fingerprinting and Central Registry (CPS) search processes as applicable.
• Fingerprinting results and CPS search results may be pending at start if proof of submission is on file.
• Compliance with facility-specific confidentiality agreements and HIPAA acknowledgements required prior to start.
• Candidates must complete all required documentation and submit photo for badge prior to start.
