Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Travel/Contract)

Location: Medford, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

Position: Home Health Physical Therapist
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8-hour day shifts (no 4x10 or 3x12 shifts)
Patient Load: 1:1 ratio, up to 6 patients per day
Productivity Standard: 30 productivity points per day
Weekend Work: Not required
On-Call: Not required
Floating: Not required
Block Scheduling: Not accommodated
Locals: Accepted within 50-75 mile radius
Transportation: Must have own transportation; occasional travel up to 50+ miles
Charting System: EPIC/Oasis
Attire: Any color scrubs
Parking: Free
Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard
COVID Vaccination: Primary series plus one booster required

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Home Health (HH) experience not required; open to travelers with no HH experience
Experience with OASIS documentation system
