Registered Nurse (MS/Telemetry) - Travel/Contract Position

Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel/contract assignment in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience, with experience within the last year.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) must be carried during assignment.
• Candidates must complete all required documentation and verifications prior to start, including education verification and licensing primary source verification within 30 days of start.
• Candidates may start with fingerprinting results pending but must complete fingerprinting prior to start.
• Physical exam and eye exam do not need to be updated annually if currently on assignment without a break; otherwise, must be current within 1 year.
• Flu vaccination documentation must be submitted by November 30th for current candidates; no declinations accepted. Medical/religious exemptions require agency approval and facility review.

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Chemotherapy certification, and other specialty certifications are not required for this assignment.
• Candidates with name changes must have consistent legal names across all documents.
