Job Opportunity: ER Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract

Location: Waconia, Minnesota
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend required
Start Date: Beginning of April
First-Time Travelers: Accepted (No locals)

Job Details

• Work hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with weekend rotation
• Weekend coverage required every third weekend
• No floating between units required
• Block scheduling accommodations: Not specified
• On-call: Not applicable
• Time off restrictions: Maximum 1 week of requested time off (RTO) allowed, must request at time of submission; no approval after offer
• Call-outs require more than 24 hours’ notice

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Certifications:

  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or ENPC
  • TNCC
