Description
Job Opportunity: Mammography Tech
Location
- New Haven, Connecticut
- Will float between 4 nearby medical sites within 15 minutes of each other
Employment Type
- Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (as needed)
- Every other Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (if scheduled on Saturday, a weekday off is provided)
- Schedule posted one week in advance
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Job Description
- Cross training as Breast Sonographer preferred
- Floating between multiple sites required
- Experience with Hologic equipment required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in Connecticut
- Minimum 4 years of Mammography Technologist experience
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT Mammography (ARRT M) certification
- ARRT Radiography (ARRT R) certification
