Job Description
- Plan and implement nutrition care for patients following federal, state, and local regulations, clinical guidelines, and facility policies.
- Coordinate with Culinary Services Manager to ensure safe and accurate food service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license in Illinois
- Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, including experience within the last year
- Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
