Respiratory Therapist (Temp) - Glens Falls, NY

Position Overview

Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Description

Perform cardio-pulmonary evaluation, respiratory care, life support, and patient/family/public education.
Provide respiratory care for inpatients and outpatients of all ages with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies or abnormalities.
Work following established protocols or physician prescriptions.
Duties may be performed in all hospital areas.
Must have experience with EPIC electronic health records.

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in New York
Respiratory Care Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (NBRC)
Certifications: NRP, BLS, PALS, ACLS
Experience working with neonate patients
Labor and Delivery/Neonatal Resuscitation experience
Critical Care proficiency
Experience with Epic electronic health records
