Job Description

• Position involves providing physical therapy services across Lancaster County.
• Must be able to travel within the designated area.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• Allied License/Certification
• Experience in a Home Health setting
• Experience with OASIS
• Must meet all standard healthcare compliance requirements including but not limited to:

  • Background check
  • Drug screening
  • Immunizations (COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TdaP)
  • Physical exam
  • Various screenings and verifications (e.g., employment, educational, license)
  • Driver’s license and car insurance (due to travel requirements)
  • Annual mandatory trainings and competency exams
