Description

ICU Nurse (Contract) – Arizona, Globe

Position Details

Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour day shifts plus call
Hours per Week: 36
Call Requirement: Must take some 24-hour call shifts; additional call shifts required during contract
Floating: Must be willing to float to Med Surg if needed
Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the contract; guaranteed hours do not apply
Time Off Requests: No more than 3 days off (RTO) allowed per 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
Minimum of 3 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Flu vaccine required (no exceptions)
Preferred: Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR

Additional Requirements

Must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility (100-mile radius rule)
