Radiation Therapist Travel/Contract Job – Cape Girardeau, Missouri

Position Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 5 days per week
• Hours: 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
• Schedule Options: 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 nine-hour shifts
• Required Experience: Prior experience with Mosaiq, Elekta Infinity, Elekta Synergy, Vision RT systems

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiation Therapist license in Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT-T certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Therapeutic)

Background Checks & Verifications

• 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years, including aliases
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 60 days of start
• HHS/OIG check within 60 days of start
• Education verification of highest degree/diploma earned
• Missouri state-specific electronic data license (MO EDL) search results within 60 days of start
• NURSYS verification (for RN, LPN/LVN, AP licenses) within 30 days of start

Facility-Specific Requirements

• Clear, passport-style photo for badge
• Completion of facility-specific e-learning modules prior to start (New Colleague External Traveler module mandatory before start; others by end of first week)
• Influenza verification form and exemption forms if applicable
• Documentation upload and compliance with all facility credentialing deadlines
