Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech Maternal Fetal

Location

• State: New Mexico
• City: Farmington (with travel to Gallup and Santa Fe clinics)
• Travel position with daily team travel from Albuquerque (departure at 5:15 AM, return between 6:30-7 PM)

Employment Type

• Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks (minimum 10 weeks for new contracts and extensions)
• 6-month break required after 4 consecutive assignments or 1 year of cumulative travel work

Shift Details

• Day shift, 4x12 hours
• Shift hours: 5:15 AM to 7:00 PM (includes travel time between facilities)
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call

Job Description

• Experienced sonographer needed to work independently without direct supervision
• Cases include low and high level Women’s Imaging for pregnant women
• Equipment used: GE E22, GE E10, GE S10
• Must be able to float within scope to meet facility needs across three clinic locations
• Must complete a safe driving module and participate in team van driving schedule
• Parking and clock-in/out at designated clinic parking lot in Albuquerque

Required Qualifications

• Valid Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography license in New Mexico
• Minimum 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience, including experience within the last year
• ARDMS certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• New Mexico State License
• Experience in Fetal Echocardiography

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
• No local candidates within 100 miles accepted
• Pending state license accepted with approval
• RTO (Return to Office) restrictions: absences greater than 7 days require approval
• Must complete orientation and facility-specific training, including Cerner charting system training if applicable
• Must comply with facility safety and compliance documentation
