Job Opportunity: Oncology Clinic Registered Nurse

Location: Portland, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Clinic operates 7 days a week
Typical workweek: 36 hours

Job Description

Outpatient oncology nursing role
Requires EPIC electronic health record experience
Preferred: BSN degree and chemotherapy certification
Minimum 2 years of outpatient oncology nursing experience preferred

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience, with oncology experience within the last year
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification or training
