Job Description

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient oncology clinic setting.
• Must have experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Preferred qualifications include BSN degree, chemotherapy certification, and at least 2 years of outpatient oncology nursing experience.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hematology/Oncology nursing experience.
• Hematology/Oncology experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be fully available for compliance needs up until their start date.
• Facility requires completion of Compass training modules prior to badge issuance on the first day.
• Medication override test and orientation guides will be provided for RNs.
• Background checks and verifications must be initiated within 24 hours of contract signing.
• If there is a gap of 60+ days between assignments at this facility, new background checks and drug screens are required.
• Candidates with a positive criminal background must complete a personal criminal history statement; no open court cases are permitted.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
