Job Description

• Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
• Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• For South Carolina candidates, a permanent license is required; compact licenses are not accepted.
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN within the last year at this therapy provider are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
• Candidates with prior traveler or permanent/PRN work history more than one year ago require eligibility verification before submission.
• Equipment details will be provided during the interview.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland

• Notice period: 30 days
• Credentialing requires contract quality assurance completion.
