Description

Radiation Therapist II - Days (M-F)

Location: Chillicothe, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36-40 hours
On-Call: No

Job Description

Perform advanced radiation therapy procedures including SBRT, SRS, and complex CT simulations.
Analyze imaging and resolve setup variances.
Support training for students and new staff.
Participate in daily equipment quality assurance (QA).
Coordinate service needs and help develop departmental competencies, techniques, and policies.
Lead safety and quality improvement efforts.
Stay current with emerging technologies.
Participate in incident learning and peer review.
Manage charge reconciliation as needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiation Therapist license in Ohio
Minimum 3 years of radiation therapy experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT (T) certification
Minimum 1 year of travel experience
Experience with Epic EMR system

Additional Information

Guaranteed 36-40 hours per week.
