Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract

Location: Voorhees, New Jersey
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

• Float to the High-Risk Obstetrics (HROB) unit as needed; HROB includes 16 rooms caring for early inductions, antepartum patients, and those on continuous monitoring.
• May be required to float within 5 hospitals within skillset (locations within the region).
• Facility is a Level III high-risk obstetrics center.
• Block scheduling is NOT allowed.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.
• Scrubs provided by the hospital.
• First-time travelers accepted.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2.5 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience, with experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current certifications required at time of submission and must not expire within 30 days of contract start:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
