Respiratory Therapist - Travel Assignment

Location: Bridgeport, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Job Description

• Provide basic cardiopulmonary care in general patient care areas under supervision.
• May be assigned advanced patient care duties as appropriate.
• Work schedule includes nights and weekends as scheduled.
• Uniform requirement: Navy blue scrubs.
• No false nails allowed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Must be a Licensed Respiratory Therapist registered with the state board for respiratory care in West Virginia.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential via NBRC required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience using EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Must have an unexpired driver’s license and be within a 50-mile radius for submission.
• Disclose any licensing issues at time of application.

Additional Information

• Supervision provided by cardiopulmonary director or supervisor.
• Position based at a hospital in Bridgeport, WV.
• Night shift with 12-hour shifts and weekend work as scheduled.
