OT Outpatient - Travel/Contract Position

Location: Jacksonville, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Specialty: Occupational Therapy (OT) Outpatient Hand Specialist
• Patient Focus: General adult OT and complex hand injuries
• Additional Skills Helpful: Ability to treat lymphedema and oncology patients
• Shift: Day shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Floating: May float within scope as needed
• Schedule Flexibility: Block schedule requests can be discussed with manager
• On-call: Not required
• Locals Accepted: Yes, no radius restrictions
• Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days onsite

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year

• Parking permit form may be required depending on transportation method

• 40 hours per week (5 days x 8 hours)
