Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Job - Illinois, Quincy

Position Details

Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
Location: Quincy, Illinois
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day shift, 4 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 48 hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Accepting 36 or 48-hour shifts (specify preference)
Target nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6 (occasional 1:7)
Night shifts with every other weekend off
Float as needed
Block scheduling can be partially accommodated

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
