Job Description

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process aligned with established standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and visitors.
• Perform duties including cardiac rhythm interpretation, scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring in the Cath Lab.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Active Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and perform Cath Lab procedures (scrubbing, circulating, monitoring).
• Submission of a current skills checklist relevant to Cath Lab (updated within 1 year).
• Two supervisory reference forms from the last two years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MediTech Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Additional Information

• Dress code: Hospital-provided scrubs.
• Applicants residing within 90 miles of Batesville will not be considered; those between 90-150 miles may be reviewed but are less likely to be selected.
