Job Description

• Specialty: Respiratory Care with focus on Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and/or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required.
• Facility Type: Children's Acute Care Hospital, Level 1 Trauma, Emergency Department, Pediatric Critical Care.
• Charting system: EPIC.
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
• Floating: No floating outside scope of practice.
• Local candidates within 75-mile radius are not accepted.
• Pending license accepted.
• Required to have experience in ED, Level 1 trauma, NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in Missouri
• Minimum 1 year of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Weekend shifts required every other weekend.

• Fit testing must be completed and on file by the end of the first week of orientation.
