Description

Job Opportunity: RN Nurse Manager

Location: Bethel, Alaska
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Shift: To be discussed with manager; typically Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Job Summary

Manage daily operations of a Sub-Regional Clinic to ensure coordinated patient flow and care.
Maintain accurate and current medical records.
Provide documentation to optimize reimbursement for clinic services.
Act as liaison between Bethel departments and the Sub-Regional Clinic.
Responsible for staffing positions within the clinic.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum of 1 year of House Supervisor experience within the last year.
Experience in nursing management/manager roles.
Clinic experience.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is required for this position.
