Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Neuro Med/Surg Telemetry

Shift Details
- Night shift
- 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
Unit Description
- Med/Surg Telemetry Certified Stroke Center
- Level IV Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU)
- Primarily neuro-related patients, with telemetry overflow for other patient populations
- Opportunity to practice skills beyond neurology
- May be pulled to other units as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- Neurology experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
