Description

Registered Nurse – MedSurgical Float Pool (Travel/Contract)

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Shift: Night, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Total Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provide high-quality nursing care in a MedSurgical setting.
Float flexibly within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed.
Availability required for weekdays, some weekends, and holidays.
Patient ratio typically 1:4-5.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
Minimum 2 years of MedSurgical and telemetry nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Experience with Epic electronic health records system.
