MRI Technologist - Michigan (Muskegon)
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1st and 3rd flex shifts; includes every other weekend)
- Specialty: MRI Technician
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (R) certification
- ARRT (MR) certification
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Health and Safety Requirements (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)
- COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption/declination
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer lab report
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine proof or declination (optional)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB (per state guidelines)
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer lab report
- Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start (NO THC)
- Tdap vaccine or declination (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
- Fit test for respirator (specific to location)
Professional and Compliance Requirements (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)
- Resume and skills checklist (within one year)
- Two professional references
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
- Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check within 30 days
- Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start
- Joint Commission CORE exam within one year
- National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check within 30 days (including statewide for Michigan)
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- Code of conduct form signed
- I-9 verification completed by agency
- Specialty-specific competency testing within one year
- Color vision test
- Respirator evaluation with physician signature (on-site completion for Muskegon)
Additional Notes
- Agency will provide the skills checklist for clinical contractors.
- Shift includes day and night rotations on 1st and 3rd flex shifts.
- Every other weekend (EOW) work schedule applies.
