Description
Job Opportunity: CRT (Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics) - Travel/Contract
Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 4 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other week
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Job Description
- Must have prior travel experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience required, including Level 2 Trauma experience.
- Draeger ventilator experience is required.
- NICU experience preferred but not required.
- Floating between hospital campuses and units (including NICU and Pediatric units) is expected based on census and staffing needs.
- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- May be asked to orientate students or new hires.
- Facility is a short-term acute care hospital with 426 staffed beds and a Level II Trauma Center.
- Charting system used: EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Connecticut.
- At least 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year.
- One completed travel assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Experience working with Level 2 Trauma patients.
