Pediatric OR Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position
Location: Portland, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day (4x10 hours), 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Contract Length: 22 weeks
Job Description
- Position requires floating between units based on skill set.
- Expected patient ratio: 1:1
- Pediatric circulator experience is required.
- Scrub experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements.
- Must have a vehicle for assignment travel between multiple nearby facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, including Pediatric OR experience within the last year.
- Experience working with pediatric patients in the OR setting.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
